- Quality manager with over 15 years experience in quality proceedures.
- All interviewers trained to ISO20252 or IQCS industry standards.
- All staff sign a confidentiality agreement as part of their contract.
- All sub-contractors including field supervisors must also sign a confidentiality agreement before undertaking any work on behalf of Lake Market Research.
- All confidential information is stored securely.
- All IT applications are protected by Anti Virus Software.
- Lake is registered with the Data Protection Act and conducts all research in accordance with the Market Research Society Code of Conduct.
- Data is stored and retained in accordance with MRS and ESOMAR codes, UK laws and legislative regulations and with client’s agreement.
Lake staff are familiar with all applicable national and international ethical and professional Codes of Conduct and legislation.
