Lake's Qualitative arm offers experienced moderators and in house interviewers to recruit the exact type of respondent required. All elements of the study are managed in-house from discussion guide set up to venue sourcing, refreshments, moderation and administration of incentives. We are able to source a wide range of venues with specific facilities to cater for your requirements including kitchen / prep area, viewing room for client attendance and audio / recording equipments.
Online experience
Taking qualitative research to another dimension - online focus groups offers an alternative approach to face-to-face providing respondents with a convenient forum to post their ideas, comments and feedback within a controlled setting. Online qualitative work can also take the form of long term tracking studies or diaries to develope greater understanding of respondent type and their actions / motivations over time.
Recruitment
Lake conducts all recruitment in-house and manages respondents prior to the groups and depths (face-to-face or telephone) to maximise response rates and ensure they understand fully what is being asked of them. We are happy to offer just a recruitment service or provide the whole qualitative package.
