Residents' Survey
Having gained considerable experience conducting resident's surveys for local authorities, Lake has designed a template for other councils to use with 10% off fieldwork / interviewing costs in light of recent budget cuts.
The research can be implemented via face to face interviewing, postal surveys or over the telephone with all fieldwork conducted and managed in house by a team of experienced researchers.
Within the template is the opportunity to take advantage of benchmarking data which is collected via a set of key questions administered through the Lake face to face omnibus survey consisting of 1,000 interviews conducted via CAPI each month across 100 randomly selected sampling points nationwide giving a nationally representative sample.
